Befriending this homeless guy was the best thing that happened to me

I used to live within site of what I thought was derelict building or that’s what it looked like, turns out it was being used as a storage place for fireplaces and doors and god knows what else reclaimed from Victorian houses, a lot of it antique and genuine but most people didn’t know when the hell was in there
